Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RadarPulse: the website at radarpulse.io and the markets-analytics tools, content and services offered through it (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: 20 June 2026. This is a draft pending legal review; bracketed items are placeholders the operator will complete before publication.
Educational only, not financial advice. RadarPulse provides market data and analytics for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and RadarPulse never tells you to buy or sell any security. Scores, tracked trades and filings are descriptive analytics, not recommendations or signals. Except for the Elite tier's real-time data, market data shown in the Service is delayed by at least 15 minutes. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.
2. Who we are
The Service is operated by [RadarPulse legal entity name] ("RadarPulse", "we", "us" or "our"). References to "RadarPulse" in these Terms mean that operating entity. Contact details are in the Contact section below.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your country of residence; the Service may not be available, or may be restricted, in some jurisdictions.
4. Description of the Service
RadarPulse is a web-based, educational markets-analytics platform. Depending on your plan, the Service may include:
- a scored unusual options-flow scanner that rates and ranks options activity;
- Congress, Trump and 13F trackers that surface publicly disclosed trades and institutional holdings;
- a free $100,000 paper-trading simulator using virtual funds only;
- Radar, an AI markets assistant, and Vera, an AI equity-research assistant;
- the Academy educational content and an optional email newsletter; and
- supporting market data such as quotes, charts, a heat map and news.
We may add, change, suspend or remove features, tiers or content at any time. AI assistants can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date and may produce errors; their output is informational only and is not advice. Paper trading uses simulated money and does not reflect the costs, fills, liquidity or risks of real trading.
5. Not financial advice; informational data only
This is important enough to repeat. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security or to adopt any investment strategy, and nothing should be relied upon as such. A high unusualness score, a tracked politician's disclosed trade, an institution's 13F position, or anything an AI assistant says is descriptive, it tells you what happened or summarises information, not what you should do. Data may be incomplete, delayed (at least 15 minutes outside the real-time Elite tier) or contain errors, and unusual prints can reflect hedging, spreads or other strategies. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and their outcomes. We are not your broker, dealer, investment adviser or fiduciary.
6. Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. We store your password using scrypt hashing and never keep it in plain text. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, and you may not access the Service through automated means except as we expressly permit. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised or are being used in breach of these Terms.
7. Subscriptions, trials, pricing and billing
The Service is offered on paid subscription tiers. Headline pricing (which we may change with notice for future billing periods) is:
- Basic: $12 / month, including a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Pro, $29 / month.
- Elite, $59 / month, which adds real-time options flow.
Annual billing is available at a discount of approximately 17% versus paying monthly. Paper trading and the Academy are made available at no cost and require no card. The Basic and Pro tiers show options flow on at least a 15-minute delay; only Elite provides real-time flow.
14-day trial (Basic). If your Basic plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged for the Service during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged the then-current fee. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Payments via Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe. RadarPulse does not collect or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details, these are handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal (Stripe). Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Refunds and the cancellation process are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation or third-party right, including securities laws;
- scrape, harvest, crawl, redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service, its data or its content except as expressly permitted;
- copy, frame, mirror, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the Service;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with security, rate-limiting, authentication or access controls, or probe or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorisation;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service, create accounts, or place undue load on our infrastructure;
- upload or transmit malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
- misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or use the Service to harass, abuse or harm anyone.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, for any suspected breach.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, scoring methodology, text, graphics, logos, the RadarPulse name and marks, and the selection and arrangement of content, is owned by RadarPulse or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You retain ownership of any content you submit, and you grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
10. Third-party data and services
The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Finnhub and Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) (market data), Netlify and Railway (hosting), and optionally Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection). Market and filing data are provided "as is" by these sources; we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability, and your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms. The Service may link to third-party sites we do not control and for which we are not responsible.
11. Disclaimers of warranties
The Service and all data and content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free. We do not warrant that any data, score, AI output or analytics will be accurate or reliable or will produce any particular result. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadarPulse and its operators, officers, employees, suppliers and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) [USD 100, operator to confirm cap amount]. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RadarPulse and its operators, officers, employees, suppliers and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your licence to use the Service ends and provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will survive. Cancellation of paid subscriptions is handled as described in section 7 and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
15. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Changes are effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION: owner to set], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION, owner to set] will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RadarPulse regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
