Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how RadarPulse subscriptions, the Basic free trial, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds work. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and what's included for free

RadarPulse is offered on paid subscription tiers, Basic ($12/mo), Pro ($29/mo) and Elite ($59/mo), each also available on annual billing at roughly a 17% discount. $100K paper trading and the Academy are made available at no cost and require no card. Options flow is shown on at least a 15-minute delay on Basic and Pro; only Elite includes real-time flow. Payments are processed by Stripe; RadarPulse never stores your full card number.

The short version. The Basic plan starts with a 14-day free trial, cancel before it ends and you are not charged. After that, plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal, which stops all future charges. Whether past charges can be refunded is set out in section 4.

2. The 14-day free trial (Basic)

New Basic subscribers start with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have access to the Basic plan and are not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed and the trial simply expires. If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid Basic plan and your payment method is charged the then-current fee, and it renews from there. We recommend cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. The trial is generally limited to new subscribers and one per customer. [Trial eligibility details, owner to confirm.]

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time:

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you keep access to your paid features until that period ends, you are not cut off immediately. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of amounts already charged; see section 4.

4. Refunds

Because the Basic plan includes a 14-day free trial, you can evaluate the Service before any charge, and the cleanest way to avoid a charge is to cancel before a trial or renewal date.

Our default refund stance is: [REFUND POLICY, owner to confirm: e.g., "monthly plans are non-refundable after renewal; cancel anytime to stop future charges; annual plans refundable within 14 days of renewal"]. Where mandatory consumer-protection or distance-selling law in your country gives you a statutory right to a refund or a cooling-off period, that right applies regardless of the default above; note that such rights can be affected once you begin using a digital service during the period. To request a refund, contact us at [support@radarpulse.io, owner to confirm] with your account email and the charge in question, and we will review it in line with this policy and applicable law. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.

5. Auto-renewal and price changes

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until you cancel. We will give notice of any price change before it applies to a future billing period, so you can cancel beforehand if you do not wish to continue at the new price. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we (through Stripe) may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. Please keep your billing details current in the billing portal to avoid interruption.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first, most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are invalid, including by providing records of your subscription and usage.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. The version in effect when you are charged applies to that charge.
