Every recipe is built on three RadarPulse primitives: the scored flow (each print rated 0–100 on Volume/OI, premium, days-to-expiry and aggressor side), the daily Top 25 with EXTREME/ELEVATED/NOTABLE flags, and the smart-money trackers (Congress, Trump, 13F). The API beta exposes these as read endpoints plus outbound webhooks that fire on high-score, EXTREME, and confluence events, so your script can react in real time instead of polling.
